Meet Keren Butcher
Thanks for taking the time to read my story. I hope it brings you insight, clarity and a sense of connection on your own journey.
A little bit about me
I’m a Belief Coding® Facilitator, ADHD Coach, Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Coach and Reiki Practitioner - but more importantly, I’m someone with ADHD who has spent years learning about the brain, human behaviour and what it really means to come home to yourself.
I am also proudly neuroqueer - living with my wonderful, supportive girlfriend, Megs. My other favourite person in the world is my twin sister, Verity.
I love nature, music and adrenaline-fuelled activities. I crave variety and new experiences! I always say, “Variety is the neurospice of life,” and I genuinely live by it.
My work has always been rooted in helping people reconnect with who they really are - beyond fear, conditioning or expectation. From working in the outdoor industry to supporting neurodivergent and SEN children, I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel capable, confident and comfortable being themselves.

The discovery that changed everything
In 2022, I discovered Belief Coding®, and everything truly shifted. For the first time, I saw myself beyond the layers of trauma, conditioning and limiting beliefs that had shaped my life. My mind was the quietest it had ever been. I felt calm. I finally understood what it meant to feel safe within myself - and I knew I had to share it with others.
I explored ADHD and everything suddenly clicked. I could finally make sense of so many years of masking, exhaustion, rejection sensitivity and feeling like I was somehow getting life wrong. I grieved the life I might have had with an earlier diagnosis, but eventually realised I had a choice: I could stay stuck in what I'd missed, or start embracing who I actually was.
'Why fit in, when you were born to stand out?'
- Dr. Seuss
The true turning point came when I stopped seeing ADHD as something to fight against and started embracing it as part of who I am. I realised it didn't need more shame, judgement or fixing - it needed understanding, acceptance and compassion. And that changed everything.
And that’s why I do what I do today. I help ADHDers look beyond the ADHD itself and uncover the beliefs, conditioning and survival patterns that have shaped how they see themselves. Through subconscious work and coaching, I help them reconnect with who they really are and create a life that feels like their own.
